Office Procedures For Appointments between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. When you enter our offices at 11805 North Pennsylvania Street in Carmel, Indiana, please check in with the office manager at the front desk and tell them you are there to see Dr. Tim Gardner. They will buzz me to let me know you have arrived. Please take a seat in the waiting area and I will come out to get you after I've wrapped up my previous appointment.
For Appointments after 5:00 PM. If you have an after hours appointment with me, the front and back doors of the office building will be locked when you arrive. As long as you have a confirmed appointment, I know you we be arriving and will come out to let you in when I am done with my appointment prior to you. You will be able to enter the first set of front doors so you can wait inside by the mailboxes, but the second set of doors will be locked. Occasionally, someone will be leaving or in the waiting area and they can let you in. You are welcome to enter; please have a seat in the waiting area and I will come and get you to bring you back to my office. Thank you! |
