Fits In...
Establishing healthy relationships in our life (which includes the ability to
understand and manage our own emotions) are the result of learnable skills and chooseable
attitudes. And that's where we come in. We help people develop and increase their Relational IQ,
which is their ability create and maintain healthy relationships, both at work and at
home.
More and more companies are realizing the importance of
physical health, understanding that it is not only beneficial to the individual employee to live a
healthier life, but it is also creates more productive, engaged employees, thus improving the
bottom line.
The same is true for all of the elements of individual
wellbeing. And research has shown that as people improve their Relational IQ, they gain the ability
to improve the entire wellbeing.
